Custom Printed Barstools

Create a one-of-a-kind barstool featuring your business logo, team design, favourite artwork or custom graphic. Each stool is professionally printed using your supplied artwork, made to order and upholstered with durable, commercial-grade faux leather.

Artwork Requirements

For the best possible print quality, supplied artwork must be:

  • A minimum of 300 DPI at the required print size

  • Provided with a transparent background when submitting a PNG

  • Supplied as vector artwork whenever possible, such as AI, EPS, SVG or print-ready PDF

Vector artwork is preferred but is not required.

There is no artwork setup charge when print-ready graphics are supplied.

Artwork that requires recreation, cleanup, adjustment or production preparation will be billed at $60 per hour. We will contact you before completing any billable artwork.

Shipping and Assembly

Barstools are shipped flat, with approximately one to two stools packed per box.

Some assembly of the stool base is required. Each stool includes:

  • All required screws and hardware

  • An Allen key

  • Easy-to-assemble base components

Our barstools are upholstered with a high-performance faux leather designed for demanding commercial, hospitality and residential applications. It has a soft, leather-like feel while offering excellent durability, cleanability and resistance to everyday wear.

  • Backing material: 100% polyester

  • Construction: Polyvinyl chloride-coated faux leather

  • Weight: 736 gsm, approximately 21.7 oz. per square yard

  • Finish: Endurepel Armour performance treatmentStyle: Solid colour with a lightly textured leather appearance

Durability and Performance

The upholstery is designed for high-traffic seating and demanding everyday use.

  • Abrasion resistance: 1,500,000 double rubs using the Wyzenbeek testing method

  • Breaking strength: 94 lbs weft and 101 lbs warp

  • Tensile strength: 94 lbs weft and 101 lbs warp

  • Tear strength: 13 lbs weft and 10 lbs warp

  • Seam slippage resistance: 64 lbs fill and 67 lbs warp

  • Dry crocking resistance: Class 5

  • UV resistance: Grade 4 after 1,500 hours

  • Cold crack resistance: Rated to -55°C

  • Mildew resistance: Passes AATCC 30:III testing

  • Hydrostatic and accelerated ageing performance: Tested for 14 weeks under ISO 1419 Method C

  • Anti-static rating: ASTM D257, 10¹² ohms per square

Cleaning and Disinfecting

The upholstery has a W cleaning code, meaning it may be cleaned using water-based cleaning products or water-based foam.

It is also compatible with a range of approved cleaning and disinfecting products, including:

  • Diluted bleach solutions

  • Clorox Disinfecting Wipes

  • Isopropyl alcohol solutions

  • Optim 33TB Wipes

  • Accel Five TB

  • Accel Concentrate

  • Virox 5

Always follow the manufacturer’s dilution instructions. After using a cleaning or disinfecting product, wipe the material with clean water to remove any residue and dry it with a clean cloth.

The upholstery has been tested to meet multiple commercial and transportation fire-safety standards, including:

  • CAL TB 117-2013

  • NFPA 260 Class 1

  • UFAC Class 1

  • MVSS 302

  • BS EN 1021-1 Cigarette Test

  • BS EN 1021-2 Match Flame Test

  • IMO FTP 2010 Code

  • AB 2998 requirements
